Infrastructure Services

With dual-site data center locations and state-of-the-art infrastructure technology, FPI provides a full-service hosting and computing environment for all our customers.  Our Systems team offers engineering, support and maintenance, as well as security vulnerability prevention for servers, storage arrays, operating systems, and our virtualization infrastructure. They also manage business productivity tools, email, remote meeting applications, and a number of security applications to help protect the infrastructure. The Network team engages in engineering, support and maintenance for the local area (LAN), wide area (WAN), and wireless connectivity across all our customers' locations. This team also maintains the critical tools and infrastructure for network security (Network Access Control and Firewall), speed (Acceleration and Compression) and remote access (VPN). The Client Technology Services team provides Tier I and II desktop support and mobile device management. They are also responsible for the maintenance and patching of operating systems, browsers, and office productivity applications.

Our Information Security team takes a systematic approach to managing our customers' security needs. We actively monitor for malicious or anomalous activity, responding to security events and incidents, as well as creating the policies and procedures that govern our environment to ensure our customers are safe and meet compliance requirements.  

Sec Admin

The Security Administration team is the gate keeper to all our secured applications and directories. This dedicated team applies added security to organizational assets, applications, directories, and more. The team also manages access controls across multiple environments, applications, and customers; ensuring the appropriate level of security is maintained and audited. 


Our Customer Center of Excellence (CCOE) provides Help Desk Tier 1 support for all of our customers. With teams on both the east and west coast, we provide coverage during extended business hours regardless of your location. The CCOE handles and directs calls for hardware and software issues, training questions, password resets, and production application issues. Behind the CCOE are a number of Tier 2 support teams that investigate more serious problems and make system changes to resolve issues.

Legal Services

The FPI Legal Department provides legal services and consultation to our customers. As Farm Credit industry experts, they understand the broad array of issues that face institutions in the Farm Credit System. We assist with understanding Farm Credit Administration regulations, consumer lending laws, and other federal laws specific to Farm Credit.

Custom Solutions Groups

FPI’s standard products represent a robust solution set to meet the business requirements of Agricultural Credit Associations. However, ACA’s have unique needs or may want to deploy functionality beyond our standard solutions. FPI’s Custom Solutions Group provides a wide range of technical and business process expertise to tailor more specific solutions to meet the needs of each of our customers.
