Paid Time Off

We believe employees need time to refresh and recharge. That’s why FPI provides 3 weeks of vacation per year that begins accruing on day one, with additional days awarded with increased years of service; 6 sick days during your first year - 12 each year thereafter, that you can bank for future use; and 9 paid holidays celebrated each year.
