Senior Integration Engineer

Job Summary
Integration Engineer with a strong interest in integration and APIs on the Force.com platform. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience integrating Salesforce applications with legacy enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design an integration strategy that utilizes Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), including product selection
  • Provide technical analysis, technical solution design, software engineering support, and product function expertise to the business, implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Develop integration solutions between cloud and custom, on-premises software
  • Sunset existing point to point integrations
  • Participate in large customer facing project teams that implement on premise/SaaS/PaaS based applications
  • Perform code reviews and ensure development adheres to standards
  • Work effectively in cross-functional/cross-departmental teams
  • Coach and mentor junior developers
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Foster innovative team culture and process improvement
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience with iPaaS products such as MuleSoft or Boomi
  • 5+ years designing, modifying, writing, and implementing software integration solutions
  • BS or Master's degree
  • Experience leading large, distributed technical teams as well as actively interfacing with senior leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, along with AppExchange applications
  • Ability to work comfortably in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction, including business strategy, product strategy, technical design and implementation
  • Financial service industry experience
