files and modules for loan origination, loan servicing, portfolio

- Introduced data replication
for remote use of BASIS without online connections to the branch
or for data entry duplication giving loan officers more
time face to face with customers, and less in the office
- Winner of the
1995 MicroBanker Award for BASIS
- A partnership with Northwest
Farm Credit Services brought online banking to FPI's customers
and the building of EmPOWER,
a next generation software initiative
- Built on the success of FPI's BASIS system and Northwest's ILO system to develop EmPOWER, our fully integrated front-end centric system, recognized as the number one product of its kind
- Provided EmPOWER training
to hundreds of association employees through the Centra
virtual classroom, which eliminated the need for
association staffs or FPI trainers to travel to training associations
- One of our association
partners, First Pioneer Farm Credit, recognized as a
national Top
100 trainer based, in part, on the Centra
program
- Introduced Business
Objects, a management reporting platform, to give
associations the power to quickly sort mountains of information
and produce customized reports in a wide range of user-determined
formats
- Integrated all our solutions
into a comprehensive package (EmPOWER, Business Objects, loan
accounting, online banking and general ledger) to empower all
association personnel at the field level
- Implemented quality control
standards that achieved Enterprise Level Certification from
Cybertrust
(formerly TruSecure), the leading provider of intelligent
risk management products and services
- Winner of the Farm Credit
System Marketer of the Year as
well as many other awards for marketing communications. Also developed
nationally award-winning Web sites for FPI-affiliated associations.

help desk providing hardware and software support services
to associations round the clock
- Almost 150 cross-functional specialists, located in our Agawam, Mass. and Spokane, Wash. offices, serving customers in association offices coast to coast
