  • Developed BASIS™, a fully integrated office management system with electronic customer files and modules for loan origination, loan servicing, portfolio management, financial services and management reporting

  • Introduced data replication for remote use of BASIS without online connections to the branch or for data entry duplication — giving loan officers more time face to face with customers, and less in the office

  • Winner of the 1995 MicroBanker Award for BASIS

  • A partnership with Northwest Farm Credit Services brought online banking to FPI's customers and the building of EmPOWER, a next generation software initiative

  • Built on the success of FPI's BASIS system and Northwest's ILO system to develop EmPOWER, our fully integrated front-end centric system, recognized as the number one product of its kind

  • Provided EmPOWER training to hundreds of association employees through the Centra virtual classroom, which eliminated the need for association staffs or FPI trainers to travel to training associations

  • One of our association partners, First Pioneer Farm Credit, recognized as a national Top 100 trainer based, in part, on the Centra program

  • Integrated all our solutions into a comprehensive package (EmPOWER, Business Objects, loan accounting, online banking and general ledger) to empower all association personnel at the field level

  • Implemented quality control standards that achieved Enterprise Level Certification from Cybertrust (formerly TruSecure), the leading provider of intelligent risk management products and services
